Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce development or related recruitment roles. A strong technical background in Salesforce technologies, including proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, is essential. Experience in API integrations and familiarity with Agile development methodologies will be highly advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also key requirements for success in this role. A relevant degree or professional certification in Salesforce or related fields will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting qualified Salesforce professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Conducting thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
• Maintaining a strong talent pipeline by building relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and upholding TECHOHANA’s reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
