About The Role
TECHOHANA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is integral to our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier Salesforce professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with experience in API integrations and Agile methodologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional to leverage their technical expertise and recruitment skills to build a strong talent pipeline that supports our growing client base. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional candidates who meet our high standards of quality and expertise.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce development or related recruitment roles. A strong technical background in Salesforce technologies, including proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, is essential. Experience in API integrations and familiarity with Agile development methodologies will be highly advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also key requirements for success in this role. A relevant degree or professional certification in Salesforce or related fields will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting qualified Salesforce professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conducting thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
- Maintaining a strong talent pipeline by building relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and upholding TECHOHANA’s reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
