Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: London Area – Hybrid
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus

We're supporting a highly respected Salesforce consultancy that's looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer.
This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes where you'll have genuine ownership of technical decisions, collaborate with talented Architects and Consultants, and mentor the next generation of developers. If you enjoy tackling complex integrations, building scalable solutions and working directly with clients to solve business problems, this role offers plenty to get stuck into.
These projects will be diverse in industry from retail, healthcare, fintech and travel implementing multi solutions including niche in-demand applications like data360, marketing cloud next and Agentforc as well as wider integrations e.g AWS.
You'll lead the technical delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.

- Designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and enterprise design patterns
- Building secure integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, webhooks and OAuth
- Leading code reviews and championing development best practices across the team
- Working closely with Solution Architects and clients to turn business requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Driving modern DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentoring developers and helping shape technical standards across projects

We're looking for someone who has...
- 5 or more years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC and Salesforce platform development
- Sales / Service Cloud experience
- Ideally experience with Data Cloud, Mulesoft, AWS integrations
- Experience delivering complex API integrations
- A solid understanding of modern development practices, source control and deployment pipelines
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (additional certifications are a bonus)
- The confidence to engage with stakeholders, lead technical discussions and mentor others
- Platform Developer II or Architecture certifications (Desired)
