Senior Salesforce Developer
A fast-paced fintech client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a long-term rolling contract. Operating entirely outside IR35, this role focuses on AI-enhanced automation and agentic tooling.
Role Overview
You will architect intelligent workflows and leverage next-generation coding tools to accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic Orchestration: Design and maintain autonomous workflows using Agentforce (prompt design, agent flows, action configuration).
- AI-Accelerated Development: Use agentic coding assistants (Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor) to speed up code generation, reviews, and test coverage.
- Core Engineering: Write clean, high-performance Apex, LWC, and integrations tailored for financial platforms.
- Agile DevOps: Integrate AI-driven automation into CI/CD pipelines to optimize testing and deployments.

Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of senior-level experience with Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
- Fintech Experience: Background in fast-paced financial environments, ideally insurance focused, with scalable architectures.
- Agentforce (Preferred): Practical or deep theoretical knowledge of Agentforce orchestration and prompt engineering.
- Next-Gen Tech Mindset: Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to enhance output.
