Synapri is working with a global consultancy looking to hire an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join their leading Salesforce practice.
This role takes ownership in designing, developing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise clients. Working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, you will combine hands-on development with technical leadership across integrations, automation, platform development and emerging AI technologies.
Role responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and Lightning technologies.
- Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Design and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop reusable Apex components, automation, workflows, approvals and security controls.
- Work with SOQL, SOSL, asynchronous Apex and performance optimisation.
- Support Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical standards, code reviews and Salesforce best practice.

Experience required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC and Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong Salesforce integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, security and data management.
- Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Future Methods.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment tooling.
- Experience with Agentforce or other AI-enabled Salesforce technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired skills:
- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II, AI Specialist, or cloud-specific certifications, would be beneficial.
