Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Senior Analyst – Salesforce Field Service, based in Glasgow.
You’ll be the Salesforce Field Service Subject Matter Expert within our Salesforce Centre of Excellence, owning the design, optimisation, and governance of Field Service solutions across the business. Working closely with business leaders, regional stakeholders, and end users, you’ll translate operational challenges into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What you’ll do:
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and define effective technical solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that deliver an excellent user experience.
- Ensure solutions are designed and implemented in line with Salesforce best practices and Aggreko standards.
- Create clear solution documentation to support successful handover and delivery by development teams.
- Review and test delivered solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality expectations.
- Build proof of concepts to validate ideas, explore new capabilities, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Manage Salesforce platform updates, including new features and retirements, to maximise value and minimise risk.
- Drive innovation across the Field Service landscape, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of how Salesforce Field Service integrates with external systems and the wider Salesforce ecosystem, helping to optimise end-to-end business processes.

You are:
- An experienced Salesforce Field Service professional with a proven track record of designing, configuring, and supporting Field Service solutions.
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translate business challenges into effective solutions, and influence outcomes through collaboration and expertise.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
- Technically proficient in Salesforce Field Service configuration, Salesforce Flows (including Field Service and Data Capture Flows), the Salesforce Field Service mobile application, SOQL, and Data Loader. Experience with Agentforce and Apex would be advantageous.
- Salesforce certified, holding certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Service Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Field Service & Operations Consultant.
- Adaptable, organised, and resilient, with strong time management skills and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
