Senior Salesforce Developer | Hybrid 2/3 days a week | London | £75,000
TechOhana have partnered with an established Salesforce and cloud consultancy to bring on a Senior Salesforce Developer for their London delivery team.
The consultancy builds multi-cloud solutions for complex enterprise environments and holds itself to a high engineering standard: automated testing, static analysis, peer review and CI/CD as standard rather than aspiration. This role sits at the senior end of that team, working alongside Architects and Consultants.
The role:
You will lead the technical design, build and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow. You will architect secure REST and SOAP integrations to third-party systems, and judge where declarative configuration beats code. Alongside the build work, you will run peer code reviews, help shape development standards and mentor less experienced developers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
