Senior Salesforce Developer
Remote, UK
Multi year Fixed-Term Contract £75,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
Mason Frank are proud to be partnering with a globally recognised organisation at the forefront of digital transformation, data, and technology innovation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a highly regarded Salesforce team driving large-scale platform enhancements and business-critical initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional looking to work on complex enterprise projects within a mature Salesforce environment, helping shape the future of a globally utilised CRM platform.
The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support key business functions across a complex international organisation.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and technical teams, you'll take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
- You'll contribute to a multi-year Salesforce transformation programme, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across a range of business initiatives.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical designs.
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards are consistently maintained.
- Support and develop integrations between Salesforce and wider enterprise systems.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and solution design.
Required Experience
- Strong Salesforce development experience within enterprise-scale environments.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
- Experience working within Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex technical challenges.

Desirable Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Exposure to Conga CLM.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Experience working with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Previous involvement in large-scale Salesforce transformation or integration projects.
- Technical project leadership experience.
