I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our guiding philosophy is "Salesforce flows first." Most business features are built by administrators using Flow. Engineers partner with senior administrators to maintain a coherent package architecture and to design and develop custom components where Flow isn't a fit.

Technology Stack

On the Salesforce side, we follow an unlocked packages strategy across 20+ packages. Our code is built on open-source Apex design pattern frameworks (FFLIB and AT4DX), with high, meaningful Apex test coverage — though we default to Flow wherever possible.

While Salesforce is the primary tool for our Sales and Care teams, Angi's core platform runs on services built in Symfony 5.4 (PHP 8.1) and Kotlin, deployed on Kubernetes clusters.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the team to deliver high-priority initiatives integrating our Salesforce instance with Angi's new unified platform in the US market
  • Contribute to, uphold, and help evolve the team's development quality standards and Salesforce best practices
  • Ground your work in the data and context behind key decisions
  • Be an active voice in product and technical discussions
  • Apply your expertise and experience to support the other senior team members as they make and implement critical technical decisions over the coming months
