About the role

Shape the future of Salesforce at Love2shop

At Love2shop, we're investing heavily in Salesforce as a core strategic platform and expect it to become the long-term ecosystem that underpins many of our customer, operational and business processes. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you'll play a key role in that journey, helping to design, build and evolve solutions that support the growth of one of the UK's leading reward and benefits businesses.

This is more than a development role. You'll help define how Salesforce is used across the organisation, influence platform strategy, deliver complex integrations, and provide technical leadership within the team. You'll also support and mentor junior colleagues, helping to develop capability and champion Salesforce best practice across the business.

Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for delivering scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions that create real business value while supporting our wider digital transformation ambitions.

Please note this role is Hybrid and will require on site collaboration once a week in our Liverpool office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
