Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Location: London, 2/3 days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join a growing Salesforce team in London.
This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their marketing and customer engagement requirements, design solutions and lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with both Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, alongside strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions from requirements gathering through to implementation and adoption.
- Work extensively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, helping clients utilise the platform's next-generation marketing capabilities.
- Design, configure and optimise Marketing Cloud Account Engagement solutions.
- Run discovery sessions and workshops with clients, translating business and marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Advise customers on Marketing Cloud architecture, customer journeys, automation, segmentation, personalisation and campaign strategy.
- Work with wider Salesforce, Data Cloud and CRM teams to design integrated customer engagement solutions.
- Produce solution designs, user stories, process documentation and implementation plans.

Required Experience

- Strong commercial experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or in a similar client-facing position.
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next experience is essential
- Hands-on Marketing Cloud Account Engagement experience
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, segmentation, campaign management and personalisation.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
