Senior Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: UK (Hybrid in office expectation)
Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 base salary + benefits package
Mason Frank is partnering with a leading global consulting organisation that is continuing to invest heavily in its Salesforce practice. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise Salesforce programmes, providing architectural leadership across multiple client engagements and helping shape the future direction of a growing Salesforce capability.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced Salesforce architect who enjoys combining hands-on solution design with technical strategy, team leadership, and client engagement. You'll work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple projects.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to Technical Architects, Technical Leads, and wider delivery teams.
- Review and approve solution designs, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across architecture frameworks, technical documentation, delivery processes, and reusable assets.
- Act as a senior escalation point for technical challenges and architectural decisions.
- Partner closely with sales and pre-sales teams to shape client solutions, estimates, and project delivery approaches.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and capability development initiatives across the Salesforce practice.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite audiences.

About You
- Extensive experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple concurrent projects and leading high-performing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security models, integration patterns, and solution governance.
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Strong knowledge of both declarative and programmatic development approaches.
- Experience with middleware integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and large-scale data migration initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
- Additional certifications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
