Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant

Experience: 15–20 Years
Location: London, UK (Hybrid 2-3 days/week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant to lead large-scale SAP-enabled transformation initiatives, drive strategic account growth, and engage with C-level stakeholders. The role combines SAP advisory expertise, business transformation leadership, and strong commercial/deal-shaping capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive $20M+ annual order bookings across SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services.
  • Build and manage C-suite relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, shape, and close large-scale SAP transformation opportunities.
  • Develop account growth strategies, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and ROI models.
  • Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, and Cloud transformation.
  • Assess and optimize end-to-end business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
  • Lead deal shaping, proposals, pricing, executive presentations, and steering committee engagements.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful program execution.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy, industry events, SAP forums, and thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15–20+ years of SAP consulting, transformation, or advisory experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, RISE with SAP, and SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes including Finance, Supply Chain, OTC, and P2P.
  • Proven track record of closing $10M+ enterprise consulting deals and managing large revenue targets.
  • Experience within the SAP partner ecosystem with strong executive stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading or supporting S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
