Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant to lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, drive business growth, and advise C-level executives.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP consulting expertise, strong business transformation capabilities, and a proven track record of winning large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual SAP consulting and transformation bookings exceeding $20M.
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale SAP transformation opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives and enterprise clients.
- Lead SAP transformation strategies, business cases, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, and cloud adoption.
- Lead deal shaping, proposal development, pricing, and executive presentations.
- Drive account growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12–20+ years of SAP consulting, business transformation, or advisory experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and SAP Cloud.
- Excellent understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Proven experience closing enterprise SAP consulting deals worth $10M+.
- Experience managing large revenue targets and strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong C-level stakeholder management and executive advisory skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

- Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Background with leading SAP consulting firms.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, or Utilities.
- Established network within the SAP customer ecosystem.
