About the Job
SAP SuccessFactors / ECP Payroll Lead required to support a major payroll transformation programme through UAT and four planned parallel runs. You will lead parallel planning and execution, environment management and stakeholder engagement, with the third run incorporating live data from a biometric clocking system. ASAP start required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of four payroll parallel runs alongside the UAT programme
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors / ECP environments throughout testing and parallel activities
- Coordinate parallel run schedules, data, testing, issues and outcomes across multiple teams
- Support the third parallel run involving live data from a biometric clocking system
- Manage key business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery

Skills Required
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP Payroll experience
- Proven experience managing and delivering payroll parallel runs
- SAP WFM / ADP experience highly desirable
- Strong environment management and UAT experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and programme coordination skills
