This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone who can operate comfortably at Board and C-suite level, combining deep SAP expertise with the ability to win new business, develop strategic client relationships and lead complex transformation programmes.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest organisations, helping clients shape their SAP transformation strategies while identifying and converting opportunities for consulting and technology services.

The Role

As SAP Consulting Partner / Account Lead, you will take senior responsibility for developing strategic accounts, driving consulting sales and overseeing the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes.

You'll combine commercial leadership, SAP expertise, client relationship management and delivery oversight, working across large enterprise environments and coordinating teams across multiple locations, including offshore delivery resources.

A key part of the role will be strengthening relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand the organisation's presence and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and sale of SAP transformation solutions and consulting services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on SAP strategy and transformation.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships across key enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, shape and convert new consulting and technology opportunities.
  • Take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins across key accounts.
  • Lead complex SAP programmes across their full lifecycle, including multi-country transformations and rollouts.
  • Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
  • Lead proposal development, developing compelling value propositions, differentiators and win themes.
  • Work closely with partners, engagement managers, subject matter experts and delivery teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery of consulting services, solutions and products within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Identify and manage commercial and delivery risks.
  • Develop innovative SAP solutions that address complex client business challenges.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, supporting professional development and creating a high-performing culture.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and forums.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and the development of market-facing SAP propositions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
