You'll be working within the Shared Services IT team alongside 70 SAP professionals. We work with the latest S/4HANA technologies supporting the UK’s largest public sector partnership in their day to day operations. Driving through a significant change agenda delivering improvements and new capabilities on a monthly basis, to over 90,000 users.

What you’ll do:
As a senior member of the team, you'll own and drive the successful delivery of SAP HR solutions while building strong partnerships across the business and with external organisations. You'll act as an ambassador for the SAP Team, ensuring high standards of service, collaboration, and delivery.

Working alongside SAP HR and SuccessFactors specialists, you'll also help develop team capability by mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, conducting peer reviews, and providing technical guidance and leadership.
What we’re looking for:
We're seeking an experienced Senior SAP HR Functional Consultant to join our team. You'll bring deep expertise in SAP HR or Payroll, alongside strong project and change management skills, and a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
