Senior SAP Project Manager
3 Days a Week Onsite
Outside IR35
Role Purpose
The Senior SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementation, transformation, and upgrade programmes. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards while managing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support.
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business leads, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, and status reporting.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
- Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements
- Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes and projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA and related SAP modules.
- Proven track record of delivering complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
