We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Consultant to join our Supply Chain Management team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering end‑to‑end SAP PP/Manufacturing solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. You’ll work on high‑impact SAP transformation programmes, using the latest technologies including S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud, IoT, automation, Digital Twin and GenAI. Engagements may cover the full project lifecycle from transformation design and agile delivery through to post‑go‑live support. This is an excellent opportunity to lead, influence, and grow both technically and professionally within one of the UK’s strongest SAP practices. Your knowledge of core PP solutions will allow you to shape, build and deliver solutions in your functional area as well as contribute to the growth of the SAP SCM Capability. As part of the role, you will have access to enhance your consulting, functional and technical skills, through Capgemini learning and development, and the latest industry recognised certifications. If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)Your Role Lead functional consulting on SAP S/4HANA PP projects Own and deliver your functional workstream across full project lifecycles Translate business requirements into high‑quality, scalable SAP solutions Lead and mentor project team members, including developing junior talent Work collaboratively in cross‑functional, agile teams across Supply Chain Provide advisory input and thought leadership to clients Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, innovation, and pipeline development Expand your expertise into a second SAP functional area over time Your skills and experience Senior SAP consulting experience across multiple full‑cycle S/4HANA or ECC PP/Manufacturing implementations Proven experience leading teams on client‑facing projects Strong configuration and functional expertise in areas such as:
