We are looking for a Senior Scientific Specialist with experience in HEOR and RWE
1-YEAR CONTRACT | UK-BASED
Join our Scientific and Editorial Services team as a Senior/Scientific Specialist. You'll act as a senior therapy area expert, leading the delivery of assigned programs and projects while developing high-quality scientific content. Work directly with clients and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in all medical communications outputs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management:
- Act as senior content expert on assigned accounts and build strong client relationships
- Proactively identify opportunities for follow-on business and new business acquisition
- Manage project scope changes and communicate effectively with clients

Scientific Expertise:
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of client products and therapy areas
- Interpret scientific data accurately and implement marketing messages
- Ensure quality control and compliance with departmental procedures

Project Delivery:
- Develop high-quality scientific content through research, writing, editing, and fact-checking
- Manage project schedules and meet delivery deadlines
- Lead projects and mentor other team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Experience:
- Experience in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research)
- Experience in RWE (Real-World Evidence)
- Prior experience in a similar role within a medical communications agency

Essential Skills:
- Advanced scientific writing and editing competency
- Ability to rapidly acquire specialized therapy area knowledge
- Strong client focus and professional interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem-solving and project management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong presentation and mentoring skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Qualifications:
- Degree and higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (BSc, BA, PharmD, PhD, MD)
