I’m recruiting for an experienced Lead Scrum Master to join a major replatforming and operating-model transformation within a financial-services organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for:
- Leading two cross-functional Scrum squads
- Supporting and coaching two Scrum Masters based in India
- Leading the Scrum of Scrums
- Managing cross-squad dependencies, risks and blockers
- Coordinating delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security and Operations
- Improving sprint delivery, predictability and team accountability
- Supporting release planning and key programme milestones
- Providing clear delivery updates to senior stakeholders
- Helping establish a practical Agile operating model across UK and offshore teams

Essential experience:
- Previous experience within financial services or insurance is mandatory
- Strong platform transformation or replatforming experience
- Experience leading multiple Scrum squads
- Proven Scrum of Scrums and dependency-management experience
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Strong senior stakeholder-management skills
- A practical approach to Agile delivery at scale
