At Hudl, we build great teams.

We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.

We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Your Role

We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in London. Our products help the world's top teams and athletes perform at their best. We need an experienced Agile leader to help the squads building them do the same.

As a Senior ScrumMaster, you'll:

  • Coach the system, not just the team. You'll guide squads toward high autonomy while focusing on broader organizational design issues, such as resolving friction across business units, managing dependencies, and establishing scaling patterns.
  • Architect outcomes, not processes. You'll move fluidly across frameworks, adapting events to what the team needs to deliver value. You will act as an outcome architect, designing information flow and decision rhythms rather than functioning as a framework fundamentalist.
  • Anticipate, not react. You'll utilize predictive delivery intelligence and cross-team dependency mapping to resolve impediments before they surface, keeping coordination moving in the right direction even as the pace of delivery accelerates.
  • Foster psychological safety. You'll build environments where candor is safe, failure is treated as a data point, and conflict is constructive. You'll ensure teams feel secure enough to take on hard problems and navigate the shifting dynamics brought on by AI-assisted development.
  • Align and design for visibility. You'll map value streams to see where decisions stall and design cross-BU communication layers. You will maintain the signal through the noise, ensuring stakeholders know what's changed and what decisions are needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Location

Time spent collaborating with your teammates in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We're currently considering applicants within commuting distance of our London office. You'll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.

Must-Haves

  • An experienced Agile practitioner. You have three or more years as a Scrum Master and have guided squads to improved, sustainable results and can scale your coaching capacity to influence broader organizational maturity.
  • A systems thinker. You see beyond the squad level, actively identifying and breaking down siloed organizational designs to reduce friction and eliminate duplicated efforts across Business Units.
  • Data-driven and predictive. You know how to use both qualitative and quantitative signals to establish predictive metrics that forecast delivery risk and guide investment decisions.
  • A clear communicator. You design lightweight operating guardrails and information flows that keep dependencies transparent and align stakeholders at every level without creating overhead that slows teams down.
  • A champion of responsible speed. You optimize for quality, anticipated dependencies, commitments kept, and team sustainability, ensuring that the speed of code generation never outpaces our coordination speed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • AI fluency. You have an interest in or experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI-powered agile tools, such as automated bottleneck detection or real-time sentiment and health monitoring.
  • A diverse Agile toolbelt. You're familiar with multiple frameworks (Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc) and know when and how to blend them for better outcomes.
  • Global team experience. Our product teams span the U.S. and Europe, and you're comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.
