Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join Hexagon’s Division Production Software and help shape the way we manage software delivery and releases across a global product portfolio.
This is a highly transversal role operating across multiple teams, products and functions. You will drive improvements in release operations, establish clear delivery metrics and help transform currently diverse ways of working into a more structured and predictable delivery environment.
It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving change, bringing structure to complexity and facilitating collaboration across a large software organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive change in release operations and release management across the Production Software portfolio, covering global cloud and desktop applications.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, risks, milestones and overall release predictability.
- Establish and monitor meaningful delivery and release metrics, dashboards and reporting to provide visibility of progress, capacity and risks.
- Work closely with R&D managers, Software Factory leaders, Product Owners, Product Managers, QA and other Scrum Masters to improve cross-team collaboration and delivery.
- Facilitate the adoption of effective Agile and Scrum practices rather than imposing predefined solutions, helping teams find sustainable ways of working.
- Act as a change agent, bringing greater structure, consistency and predictability to a complex, evolving software organisation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally around 15 years, in Scrum, Agile, programme/project or software delivery management.
- Strong experience with release management and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience working in a complex software organisation, ideally with multiple products, teams and global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Scrum of Scrums and cross-team dependency management.
- Experience with software development management / ALM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Polarion, Confluence or similar; experience with Power BI or reporting dashboards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build consensus, navigate different perspectives and drive change through collaboration.
