Job Description:
Are you an experienced Scrum Master or Project Manager with strong expertise in Payments technology and Agile delivery?
Join our Payments Technology team and lead delivery across multiple Payments Core Infrastructure and Settlements squads.
You’ll play a key role in major transformation programmes, including:
- ISO 20022 CBPR+ migration
- Legacy Payments platform modernisation
- Sanctions and OFAC screening
- Settlement processing and payment controls
- SWIFT and market-infrastructure connectivity
- Cloud re-hosting and platform transformation
What you’ll do:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and improve delivery flow across multiple squads.
- Manage programme plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate global stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Payments.
- Drive release readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide clear reporting to senior management.
- Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices.

What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery roles within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Payments, SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022 pacs/pain/camt, clearing and settlement, and Nostro/Vostro.
- Experience with ISO 20022 CBPR+ migration and/or Payments platform modernisation.
- Knowledge of Sanctions/OFAC screening and secure market-infrastructure connectivity.
- Strong stakeholder, dependency, and delivery management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/PPM tools.
- CSM, PSM, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification is desirable.
