Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a 🚀 fast-growing team driving Zinc’s mission to revolutionise background checking. With three years of consistent 2x year-on-year growth 📈—and plans to do it again—you’ll play a key role in our continued success.

As a Senior SDR, you’ll master modern sales techniques, engage with prospects across multiple channels 📞📧, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company 🖥️. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to take your sales skills to the next level, this role will set you up for success 💪✨.

Key Responsibilities 🗝️

  • Prospect Engagement: Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video messaging. 📞 🖥️
  • Storytelling & Communication: Deliver compelling messages that capture attention and communicate Zinc’s value proposition effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Use data to analyse your outreach, refine your approach, and improve performance.
  • Pipeline Management: Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. 🛠️ 💡
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embrace coaching and feedback to refine your techniques and hit individual and team targets.

You'll likely have 12 months or more experience in sales or tech, but we’re more interested in your potential and attitude than your resume.
