Build a Career, Not Just Your Next SDR Role
Most SDR roles promise rapid progression after six months.
This isn't one of them.
We're looking for experienced SDRs and lead generation professionals who want to maximise their earnings, develop world-class sales skills, and build a long-term career with a business that is growing rapidly.
Rather than rushing people into promotions before they're ready, this company takes a different approach. The first 18-24 months are focused on investing heavily in your development, giving you access to experienced sales leaders, proven processes, coaching, and the opportunity to become exceptional at your craft.
The result? When you do take your next step, you're genuinely ready for it. Whether your long-term ambition is Account Executive, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Operations, or another route within the business, this role is designed to be the launchpad.
Why This Opportunity?
Last year, the business generated over £10 million in revenue and has ambitious plans to double in size.
Operating within the sustainability technology sector, the company helps businesses digitally track and manage their waste data, making sustainability reporting and compliance simpler, more accurate, and more effective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
