Are you an experienced Lead Generator, SDR or Business Development professional looking for a role where you'll be genuinely developed, challenged and given a clear pathway into a Business Development Manager position?
We're looking for a Senior Lead Generation Executive to join a high-performing sales team that invests heavily in coaching and development. This is not a junior appointment-setting role. You'll play a key part in generating high-value opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers and introducing new business opportunities that could generate significant revenue for the organisation.
The most successful people in this team are those who understand how to create quality opportunities, not just hit activity targets. You'll be given the tools, training and support to refine your consultative sales approach, develop your commercial skills and progress your career.
Regular coaching, weekly role-play sessions and ongoing mentoring are embedded into the culture, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to continue learning and developing within a professional sales environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
