Senior SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Location: City of London (Office-based)
Salary: £37,000–£39,000 base + uncapped commission
An opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior SDR to join a results-driven sales team in the City of London.
This role is centred around high-volume outbound activity, where success is directly linked to consistency, resilience, and performance.
You’ll be responsible for driving early-stage pipeline by engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out consistent outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities
- Connect with and qualify key decision-makers across target organisations
- Schedule high-quality meetings and develop sales pipeline
- Build credibility quickly and uncover commercial challenges
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate activity and pipeline data
- Deliver against and exceed individual outreach and revenue targets
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 9 months’ track record of hitting targets in an outbound sales role
- Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone
- A driven, resilient approach with a focus on results
- Excellent organisation and activity management
