Senior Sales Development Representative - LegalTech
An exciting opportunity for an experienced SDR to join a growing LegalTech business using GenAI to transform how law firms and corporate legal teams operate.

About the role
- Take ownership of prospecting and pipeline generation across the UK market.
- Research target organisations and create tailored outbound campaigns across phone, email and social media.
- Independently structure outreach activity, manage campaigns and identify new routes into prospective clients.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Account Executives to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Use tools including HubSpot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activity and improve campaign performance.
- Help refine workflows, processes and the wider sales technology stack as the commercial function grows.
- Attend face-to-face prospect meetings and gain exposure beyond the traditional SDR remit.
- Contribute to later stages of the sales process, potentially including demonstrations, proposals and pricing.
- Build the commercial experience required to progress into an Account Executive position.

Your previous experience
- At least one year of sales development, business development or relevant outbound sales experience.
- Comfortable generating new opportunities through cold calling and multichannel outbound campaigns.
- Ideally experienced as an early or foundational SDR within a smaller, fast-growth technology business.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and build campaigns with limited structure.
- Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales technology.
- LegalTech, contract management, RegTech or another relevant B2B technology background would be beneficial.
- A degree in Law, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related subject would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong written communication, research and attention to detail when engaging senior legal audiences.
- Commercially ambitious, proactive and motivated by the opportunity to help shape processes and accelerate progression.

Package
- Base salary of up to £50,000 DOE.
- OTE of £75,000 with uncapped commission.
- Hybrid working, with two to three days per week in the London office.
- Opportunity to earn commission quickly and contribute to an established pipeline.
- Direct exposure to senior sales colleagues and the wider sales process.
- Clear scope to shape an individual progression path within a growing business.
