Senior Security Analyst
Location: London, UK
Type: Permanent | Hybrid
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 + package

- Already writing $200m+ in revenue and scaling quickly, this is a genuine ground-floor opportunity.
- You'll be the first dedicated security hire into the business, with a clear path to build a team around you and grow into a director or CISO role as the company scales.
About the Role
The work is hands-on and the environment moves fast. You'll own the security posture across a cloud-native, Azure-first stack, covering incident response, vulnerability management and day-to-day monitoring and defence.

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on security experience, ideally within a fast-moving or scaling environment
- Skills: Strong across security operations, vulnerability management and incident response
- Cloud Expertise: Cloud-first mindset with solid Azure exposure. This is not an on-prem role
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on with modern security tooling. CrowdStrike, SIEM, EDR, cloud security platforms
- Scripting: Ability in Python and/or SQL. A genuine differentiator if you have it
- Work Style: Comfortable working autonomously and owning things end to end
- Industry Experience: Financial services or regulated industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
