Senior IAM Engineer

Salary: £79,000 + Benefits
Contract: Permanent

A Senior IAM Engineer is required to join a leading global organisation, taking a key role in Identity & Access Management across a complex, multi-country environment.

This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone with strong IAM deployment experience who can lead from the front, influence senior stakeholders and turn ambitious security roadmaps into scalable, secure solutions.

Role Highlights

  • Play a key role in global IAM engineering, helping establish standards and solutions across multiple countries and technology environments.
  • Drive consistency, automation and reusability across major global programmes, working closely with engineering teams, product owners and systems integration partners across multiple regions.
  • Take ownership of complex CyberArk PAM engineering, including configuration, session management, integrations, upgrades and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Work across a sophisticated hybrid on-premises and cloud environment, with opportunities to expand your expertise across wider IAM and Identity Provider technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organisation's global IAM capability.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders internationally, acting as a subject-matter expert and trusted engineering partner.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on CyberArk engineering experience across enterprise environments.
  • Experience with PAM technologies and best practices.
  • Experience working with Identity Providers (IdP), with Okta experience particularly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Azure and AWS.
  • Experience scripting or coding to support IAM/CyberArk engineering, automation and troubleshooting.
  • The ability to operate effectively within complex, global environments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
