Role: Senior Security Engineer

Location: London (1 day per week in HQ)

Salary: up to £155,000 fixed + bonus + benefits + LTI's and share options

Are you looking to join a fast-growing firm that is currently undergoing a major rebuild of its Security Engineering function?

You won't be inheriting an existing, mature security programme here and maintaining it. You'll be joining at a point where there's a genuine opportunity to challenge what already exists, rip out what doesn't work and rebuild Security Engineering properly, all across a complex cloud-native, platform and application environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building, deploying and owning security tooling and controls in production
  • Improving security across the full SDLC
  • Embedding threat modelling, requirements and automated controls into delivery
  • Owning and optimising SAST, DAST and SCA across CI/CD
  • Working closely with Platform and Software Engineering teams to prioritise and remediate vulnerabilities based on risk

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
