Senior Security Operations Delivery Analyst | Central London - Hybrid | Senior Base + Discretionary Bonus + Premium Benefits
This isn't a traditional SOC role. It's for the experienced cyber professional everyone relies on to keep things moving.
A leading technology-driven financial services firm is looking for someone to be the operational glue in its Security Operations team. You will connect people, priorities, and actions, and make sure security work reaches completion.
What you'll do:
- Keep a clear view of security operations activity, including ownership, blockers, and next steps
- Work across technical and business teams to unblock work and drive actions to closure
- Join the dots on dependencies and keep risks visible
- Communicate security activity clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Spot where ways of working could be better, and improve them

What you'll bring:
- 7 to 10 years in cyber security or security operations. Financial services experience is strongly preferred, and other regulated environments will be considered.
- Real examples of owning and coordinating work across multiple teams
- Credible security knowledge, enough to engage confidently with engineers
- Strong organisation, curiosity, and confident, personable communication
