Help shape trust, security and compliance in healthcare technology

Potential areas of collaboration
As a Security, Trust & Compliance Lead, you would help shape BC Platforms' security, compliance and assurance strategy across our healthcare technology platforms.
Professionals in this area must contribute to:
- Leading security, trust and compliance initiatives across cloud-based and regulated environments
- Driving audit readiness, compliance programs and evidence-based assurance across frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2 and GxP
- Providing leadership on risk management, governance and security strategy
- Partnering with customers, auditors and key stakeholders on security reviews, assurance activities and regulatory compliance
- Supporting organizational readiness for emerging regulations, including EHDS and the EU AI Act

What we'll look for
We're interested in professionals with experience in several of the following areas:
- Security leadership, governance, risk and compliance (GRC)
- Cloud security architecture and security strategy
- ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 or similar regulated frameworks
- Audit leadership, customer assurance and certification programs
- Healthcare technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or regulated SaaS environments
- Customer-facing security engagements and executive stakeholder management
- Evidence automation, continuous compliance and operational assurance
- European health-data and AI regulations, including EHDS and the EU AI Act
Experience And Skills
Successful candidates will typically bring:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in security, compliance, governance or assurance, including leadership responsibilities
- Hold CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A pragmatic approach to balancing security, compliance and business objectives
- Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and leadership capabilities

We are particularly interested in professionals based in inland-US, or in the United Kingdom. Specific hiring locations will depend on future business requirements and employment eligibility.
