DesignRush.com, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven experience in SEO.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager with strong project management skills to lead the growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives, coordinating with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Continuously improve SEO-related processes for greater efficiency and scalability

- Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that drives sustainable growth and authority
- Coordinate, onboard, and continuously train SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices, foster professional development, and maintain a high-performing, collaborative SEO function

Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective, professional-looking SEO strategies
- Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists
- Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns
- Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for the content team and development team
- Oversee execution of link, content, and technical strategy
- Continuously train SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices

Requirements
- Over 7 years of SEO experience, including a proven track record of managing large and complex websites.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent English communication skills
- Driven to get results and grow with the team
- Able to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows
