DesignRush.com, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven experience in SEO.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager with strong project management skills to lead the growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives, coordinating with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.

Goals

  • Achieve best-in-class website optimization to maximize visibility and search engine rankings
  • Continuously improve SEO-related processes for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Establish the company as a category leader in terms of organic traffic and SEO-driven value
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that drives sustainable growth and authority
  • Coordinate, onboard, and continuously train SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices, foster professional development, and maintain a high-performing, collaborative SEO function

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute effective, professional-looking SEO strategies
  • Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists
  • Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns
  • Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for the content team and development team
  • Oversee execution of link, content, and technical strategy
  • Continuously train SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of SEO experience, including a proven track record of managing large and complex websites.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Driven to get results and grow with the team
  • Able to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows
