🚀 Senior SEO Manager | c. £45k | Hybrid | West Sussex

We’re representing an ambitious, growing digital agency that’s looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager to join its expanding digital team.
This isn’t simply a role focused on rankings and reports. You’ll have the opportunity to shape SEO strategy, influence commercial growth, lead client relationships and develop a high-performing team.
You’ll take the strategic and technical lead across a portfolio of exciting client accounts, developing long-term organic growth strategies and turning complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
You’ll also be at the forefront of an evolving search landscape — exploring AI, LLM visibility and emerging technologies and helping shape how SEO will work in the future.

🔥 What you’ll be doing
- Leading advanced SEO strategies across multiple clients and sectors
- Acting as a senior strategic adviser to clients and internal teams
- Driving technical SEO, content, UX and organic growth initiatives
- Leading audits, competitor analysis and digital performance reviews
- Working collaboratively across web, paid media, PR and creative
- Supporting website launches, migrations and major digital projects
- Mentoring and developing SEO talent within the team
- Contributing to new business, pitches and commercial growth
- Helping evolve processes, services and the wider digital offering
👀 What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced SEO professional with a strong technical and strategic background, ideally gained within an agency environment.
You’ll combine SEO expertise with commercial awareness, be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and have the leadership skills to support and develop others.

Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console, alongside knowledge of CMS platforms and wider digital channels, would be highly beneficial.
