This is an opportunity to combine hands-on SEO expertise, account leadership, analytical thinking, and forward-looking digital strategy in a collaborative team.

Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SEO clients as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong relationships, consistent delivery, clear communication, and measurable results.
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and discussions around SEO priorities and emerging AI search trends.
  • Set and manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, performance, and strategic objectives.
  • Educate clients on SEO value, performance metrics, search behaviour, and developments in AI-powered discovery.

  • Perform on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations across site structure, content hierarchy, internal linking, and search intent.
  • Develop, write, or commission high-quality SEO content aligned with organic growth objectives.
  • Support ethical link acquisition and off-site SEO initiatives through outreach, relationship-building, and authority development.
  • Oversee technical SEO improvements, including structured data, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Lead the use of AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, SurferSEO, and NeuronWriter to improve content ideation, production, and optimisation workflows.
  • Develop AI search optimisation strategies designed to improve visibility across conversational and AI-powered search experiences, including featured snippets, summarisation systems, voice search, and zero-click results.
  • Monitor search algorithm updates, emerging AI technologies, and changes in user intent and discovery behaviour.
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and related SEO platforms.
  • Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into clear client-facing recommendations and reports.
  • Continuously adapt SEO and AI visibility strategies based on performance data, industry developments, and changes in the search landscape.
  • Contribute to the evolution of SEO services, processes, and AI-enhanced capabilities across the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
