Via is supporting a growing digital marketing agency to recruit a Senior SEO Manager to join its expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with client relationship management. Rather than simply delivering campaigns, you'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, helping businesses improve their online visibility, generate more leads and achieve long-term growth.
If you have agency experience, love solving SEO challenges and enjoy building lasting client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll take ownership of multiple client accounts, creating and delivering SEO strategies that drive measurable business results. Working closely with content specialists, developers and designers, you'll oversee technical SEO, content strategy, reporting and performance while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
This is a client-facing role where you'll lead strategy meetings, present campaign results and help shape the future direction of client campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
