This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist (Cross-Brand) based in United Kingdom.


Join a fast-moving SEO and marketing environment focused on growing international iGaming projects through advanced search strategies.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of SEO initiatives across multiple brands, identifying opportunities to increase organic traffic, visibility, and monetization.

You’ll work across technical SEO, content optimization, link building, competitive research, and unconventional search strategies.

The position offers significant autonomy to develop, test, and scale SEO approaches across competitive and high-value markets.

You’ll collaborate with internal SEO specialists and external freelancers while coordinating work across content, development, design, and link-building functions.

Automation and technology are central to the environment, helping reduce repetitive work and create more time for strategic and professional growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced SEO professional to make a measurable impact across ambitious international projects in a flexible remote setting.


Accountabilities

  • Analyze markets, competitors, search landscapes, and emerging opportunities to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
  • Create, optimize, and promote review websites, supporting sites, satellite properties, expired domains, and other assets as part of broader organic growth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, search visibility, conversions, and monetization.
  • Optimize website structures, content, internal linking, and other on-page SEO elements to improve performance.
  • Prepare detailed technical briefs and requirements for copywriters, link builders, designers, and developers, and validate the quality of delivered work.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, identify critical issues, and coordinate or implement solutions.
  • Build, scale, maintain, and monitor PBN networks and associated SEO assets.
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, project health, and key performance indicators while preparing regular reporting.
  • Research and test unconventional SEO approaches, including indexing strategies, crawling solutions, scripts, and automation.
  • Manage and monitor link-building activities, evaluating effectiveness and adjusting strategies where necessary.
  • Work closely with internal SEO specialists and external freelancers to coordinate execution and maintain quality.
  • Independently build and execute SEO strategies while adapting them based on performance data, market changes, and search developments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial SEO experience focused on Google, ideally within iGaming or similarly competitive industries.
  • Proven successful experience in highly competitive or less conventional niches such as gambling, betting, adult, pharma, or related verticals.
  • Practical experience with approaches such as parasite SEO, doorway strategies, PBNs, and changing the topical focus of expired domains.
  • Deep understanding of Google search algorithms, common penalty types, and approaches for recovering from search filters or sanctions.
  • Strong understanding of how SEO influences conversions, monetization, and affiliate business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement SEO strategies from research through execution and optimization.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with internal SEO teams, contractors, and freelancers.
  • Strong analytical, research, troubleshooting, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate SEO insights into practical actions.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with the ability to research international markets and work confidently with English-language content.
  • Understanding of iGaming regulations and legal considerations across Tier 1 markets is desirable.
  • Experience implementing or using automation within SEO workflows or teams is an advantage.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, and communication skills.
