About the Role

Reporting to the SEO Manager, you'll create and implement SEO strategies for a range of e-commerce clients. You’ll help manage client accounts, respond to SEO questions and present recommendations directly to clients, with support to develop toward managing your own portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement detailed SEO strategies for e-commerce clients.
  • Review analytics to assess whether clients are growing in line with expectations and strategy.
  • Manage client projects and work to exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate progress and completed work to the SEO Manager.
  • Support client accounts and respond to SEO-related questions.
  • Present ideas and recommendations directly to clients.
  • Develop into a go-to client contact across technical SEO, content and digital PR.
  • Draw on expertise from the wider team when handling cross-functional client queries.

Qualifications

  • Three years of agency experience, ideally including direct work with an e-commerce brand.
  • Good understanding of SEO strategy and how technical SEO, content and digital PR work together.
  • Examples of work that positively affected a client’s SEO performance.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining SEO clearly to non-experts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google documents.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence demonstrating the impact of work through data.
