SALARY: £37,900
Role Responsibilities
This pivotal role sits within our SEO department and is responsible for building solid client relationships and delivering outstanding organic search results across a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts.
Who We're Looking For
Given the senior strategic nature of this role, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate established client leadership, senior stakeholder management, and a relentless focus on search performance and ROI.
While we typically expect at least 5+ years of experience in an SEO-specific role, we will choose successful candidates based on their strategic vision, client relationship skills, and proven track record of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Strategy Ownership: Creating and managing successful, high-impact SEO strategies across national and international markets, particularly for complex or higher-value accounts, confidently owning long-term roadmaps and account retention.
- Client Relationship Building & Trust: Building strong, lasting, and trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a reliable strategic advisor who understands their commercial drivers and business models.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working seamlessly alongside internal account teams, including Client Performance, to align technical execution with overarching client performance and business goals.
- Results Delivery & ROI: A proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth, using clear performance, activity, and KPI reporting to demonstrate tangible ROI and value for clients.
- Team Mentoring & Quality Control: Demonstrating high standards of delegation and guidance, acting as a technical and strategic mentor for supporting team members (strategists, executives, analysts), providing rigorous QA, and ensuring exceptional deliverable quality.
- Adaptive Thinking & Agility: Applying adaptive thinking strategically across client challenges, keeping pace with changing search engine environments, emerging SERP features (including AI-driven search), and broader digital trends.
- Cross-Channel Strategy: A developed understanding of organic search within broader digital marketing, collaborating effectively with other channel owners (such as Digital PR, Influencer and Social) to maximise campaign performance and value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
