About Cyberlogical
Cyberlogical is a digital engagement agency based in Reading, specialising in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and user experience. We work with a broad range of clients - from charities and not-for-profits to multinationals – helping them understand their customers, engage them effectively, and convert them online.
Everything we do is built around the user journey, combining data, empathy, and evidence-led thinking to create digital strategies that genuinely work.
The Role
We're looking to recruit a Senior SEO & Website Optimisation Specialist to lead technical SEO and on-page optimisation across our client portfolio, own website performance and conversion rate optimisation, and help shape how we use AI and emerging tools to stay ahead in both traditional search and the newer world of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
You'll work hands-on across technical SEO, keyword research, analytics and tracking, and CRO – improving user journeys, running experiments on client websites and landing pages, and turning behavioural data into clear, prioritised recommendations. You'll also support our content team to make sure everything we publish is built to be found – by search engines and by AI answer engines alike – and get involved in client-facing sales and presales conversations, explaining our approach and building trust directly with clients.
This is a new role and key to our ambitious growth plans. For the right person, it's a genuine platform to develop and build out Cyberlogical's SEO and website optimisation function, with the great opportunities for progression and building a team as the agency's offering expands.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Page Optimisation
- Carry out technical SEO audits and page-level optimisation across a range of client websites
- Identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, site structure and Core Web Vitals issues
- Translate technical findings into clear, prioritised recommendations for clients and internal teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
