Job Description

Most agencies are still debating where AI belongs in delivery. We have already rebuilt it. Our technical search and GEO practice runs on agentic workflows we built ourselves, and the question in front of us is no longer whether to automate but how far and how fast we push it.

This role accelerates that on two fronts. Inside Jellyfish, you will extend a live agentic delivery stack and aim it at harder problems. Outside, you will do the same for the enterprise brands you work with, helping them build the technical foundations and the working practices that a market run by agents demands.

It takes a serious SEO background. You cannot automate a process you have never run yourself, and you cannot set the bar for what an agent produces unless you know what a good deliverable looks like. You will be in front of clients constantly, but you are not the account lead. Your output is capability, ours and theirs.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Agentic Delivery Inside Jellyfish:

  • Where our agentic delivery goes next, and the judgement on what gets automated, what stays assisted and what should remain human.
  • The build itself. Hands-on across tool APIs and MCP servers, AI harnesses and agentic operating systems, not a role briefing someone else to do it.
  • Adoption across the practice. The measure of a build is how quickly it becomes the default way the work gets done.
  • The pace. We are ahead of the market on this and intend to stay there.

Agentic Adoption with Clients:

  • The client-side agenda. Getting enterprise brands ready for a market where agents research, compare and transact on behalf of their customers.
  • The technical foundations that decide whether a brand can participate at all, from agent access through to machine readable commerce.
  • Helping client teams adopt agentic ways of working themselves, rather than only consuming ours.
  • Carrying the argument at senior client level, where the case for moving still has to be made.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Technical Standard:

  • Expert authority on enterprise technical search across large, complex estates.
  • What good looks like. You define the deliverable standard the agentic layer has to meet, across audits, migrations, roadmaps and reporting.
  • The quality bar for what agentic delivery is allowed to conclude, and the review standard sitting in front of anything client facing.
  • The technical approach to how brands are retrieved, cited and represented by AI, treated as a structural problem rather than a copy problem.
  • Entity and knowledge graph strategy, and the machine access layer beneath it.
  • Credibility at the infrastructure layer, where architecture, edge configuration and crawler access determine what is even possible.
  • Working authority across the frontier model landscape and how retrieval and citation behaviour differs between engines.

The Evidence:

  • Proof of what agentic delivery returns, measured in capacity, throughput and quality held.
  • The measurement frameworks connecting technical and AI visibility work to commercial outcomes, ours and our clients'.
  • A testing approach that produces evidence rather than opinion.
  • Honest reporting, including retiring automations that have not earned their place.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • 8+ years in SEO with deep enterprise experience across the full delivery cycle, from technical audits and migrations through to roadmaps, briefing and reporting. You have run this work yourself, at pace, to client standard.
  • Enough technical depth on large, complex estates to judge whether an automated output is right or subtly wrong, and to know the difference on sight.
  • Real experience building agentic or AI assisted workflows that replaced manual work and were adopted. We will ask what you built, what it replaced, and who uses it now.
  • Working knowledge of Python and APIs. Not an engineer, but someone who builds rather than specifies and waits.
  • Practical GEO capability treated as a technical discipline rather than a content exercise.
  • The ability to change how experienced people work, inside our teams and inside our clients'. That is the harder half of this job.
  • Credibility with senior client stakeholders, including making the case for change to people who did not ask for it.
  • Thorough experience with reporting and measurement frameworks. You have designed them rather than populated them, you can defend a methodology under scrutiny, and you can prove an automated output holds up against a human one.
  • Exposure to the leading enterprise SEO and visibility toolsets, and the judgement to know when a platform's data is directionally wrong.
  • Comfort with autonomy and pace. This discipline moves faster than any playbook, including ours.

Desirable:

  • Agency or other multi client experience, where process variance across accounts is the enemy.
  • Retail or ecommerce at enterprise scale, and familiarity with the platform constraints that come with it.
  • Exposure to AI visibility and generative search measurement tooling.
  • Working knowledge of agentic commerce standards and how they intersect with product discovery.

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
