As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role within the aftersales department, supporting both customers and colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Acting as a senior point of contact, you'll help drive customer satisfaction, support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department, and lead by example in delivering best-in-class customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries.
- Providing customers with updates throughout the repair or service process.
- Identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate.
- Resolving customer queries and supporting with more complex cases.
- Supporting and mentoring other Service Advisors within the team.
- Working closely with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving departmental targets.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership environment, along with excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
