Senior Service Advisor
Leeds
£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £32,000-£33,000)
Full Time | Permanent
Working Hours
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sundays and Mondays off
- Candidates must be able to work every Saturday
Our client, a well-established and highly respected dealership, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional looking to join a reputable dealership where exceptional customer service and teamwork are at the heart of the business.
The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer service and repair bookings
- Providing customers with regular updates on the progress of their vehicle
- Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation
- Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Identifying and promoting additional service and aftersales opportunities
- Resolving customer queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supporting the department in achieving performance targets

Requirements
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a car or motorcycle dealership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A professional and positive attitude
- Experience working within a fast-paced dealership environment
- A proven ability to build strong customer relationships
Benefits Package
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE of £32,000-£33,000
