We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Architect to join a major UK public sector digital programme on an initial 6-month contract.

- £600 per day Umbrella / £440.13 per day PAYE

Security Clearance
- SC clearance eligibility is REQUIRED to be eligible for the role
- Active SC clearance is STRONGLY PREFERRED

- Service Architecture / Service Design
- IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL
- Experience creating Service Design Packages (SDPs)
- Service Operating Model design
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Service Transition / transition into service
- Creating and negotiating SLAs
- Service management and operational supply chains
- Service Hierarchy / CSDM concepts
- Knowledge of IT security standards
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary / virtual teams
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent service documentation and communication skills

The Role
You’ll work across multiple projects and technologies, defining and designing service support requirements and helping deliver new and improved services. You’ll work closely with Service Owners and Service Transition teams to ensure services are successfully designed, approved and transitioned into operation.
