Are you a service charge accountant looking to join a fantastic fast paced company in Borehamwood?
This role will be 5 days in the office and will be the number 2 position in the finance team. A great opportunity for those looking to progress further.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for good all round management of Clients’ accounts
- To take ownership of the implementation process of new properties taken on.
- To undertake and review bank reconciliations within the required timeframe.
- To programme and produce Service charge, Ground Rent, Insurance and Rent Demands.
- The preparation of Service Charge year/quarterly-end accounts within the specified timeframe and reviewing them with the Property Manager.
- To review and prepare Service Charge year end accounts up to trial balance (manually) in order to be sent out to external accountants.
