Senior Service Delivery Analyst - Hybrid
Higher rates will only be paid for exceptional candidates
Location
Can be based in either Portsmouth or Perth
About the Role
Join a team responsible for supporting the delivery and continual improvement of business-critical IT services within a complex enterprise environment.
The position is ideal for an experienced Service Delivery professional with strong ITIL knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and continual improvement of business-critical IT services.
- Monitor service performance and produce service reporting and management information.
- Manage major incidents, escalations, and service issues through to resolution.
- Support supplier governance activities, service reviews, and performance management.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Support service continuity, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Assist with the transition of new or changed services into live operation.
- Identify and deliver service improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

Skills and Experience
- Experience within a Service Delivery Management or Service Support role.
- Experience supporting business-critical IT services within a large organisation.
- Experience of a regulated environment would be a distinct advantage.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4).
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing service reports and performance metrics.
- Experience managing major incidents, escalations, and operational service issues.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms desirable.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments desirable.
- Experience supporting services within regulated industries would be advantageous.
