We’re looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our Business Technology team and help lead the successful delivery of technology services, change and operational improvement across OneAdvanced.

This is a broad, highly visible role working across our core business technology estate and wider Corporate Business Services. You’ll bring structure, pace and strong delivery discipline across multiple priorities, ensuring projects and operational initiatives are well planned, governed and delivered successfully.

You’ll work closely with technology teams, business leaders and third-party suppliers, acting as a trusted point of coordination across delivery, risk, dependencies and service performance.

This role can be predominantly remote, although you’ll need the flexibility to work from our Birmingham office when required for key meetings, workshops and business-critical activity.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate delivery across a portfolio of technology and operational initiatives.
  • Manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure projects and change initiatives have clear governance, plans and reporting.
  • Work across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite and other core business systems.
  • Coordinate delivery between technology teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Support successful transition of projects and enhancements into BAU operations.
  • Track delivery performance, service KPIs, risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Lead governance meetings, delivery reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Support resource and capacity planning across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive continual improvement across service delivery processes and ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardisation and customer experience.
  • Support wider operational and strategic programmes, including business change and M&A activity where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
