We're supporting the growth of a major UK defence and aerospace programme and are looking to engage experienced professionals who have delivered complex digital engineering, engineering systems, service delivery, or technical transformation programmes within highly regulated environments.

Typical responsibilities
- Leading delivery of complex engineering or digital transformation programmes
- Managing technical product or service roadmaps
- Working across engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
- Coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery partners
- Driving continuous improvement of engineering systems and digital capabilities
- Managing governance, risk, quality, and compliance
- Supporting adoption of new technologies, processes, and toolsets
- Delivering programmes within highly regulated Defence and Aerospace environments
We're particularly interested in people who have experience with:
- Defence or Aerospace programmes
- Digital Engineering or Engineering Systems
- Product or Service Delivery
- Programme Management
- Engineering Transformation
- Systems Integration
- Vendor & Supplier Management
- Digital Thread / Model Based Engineering environments
- Engineering lifecycle management
- Security, governance, or compliance
- Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery

Desirable experience
- Active SC Clearance (or recently held)
- ITIL
- Prince2
- APM
- Agile / SAFe
- Engineering or technical degree
