SGS is seeking a Senior Service Development Manager to lead the growth of our anti-fraud, customs modernization, and revenue assurance solutions. You will work globally, focusing on government partnerships and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and develop innovative anti-fraud services.
- Build business cases and support investment decisions.
- Lead strategic business development and support complex international tenders.
- Collaborate with senior government officials, technology providers, and global internal teams.
- Represent SGS as a thought leader in customs and trade facilitation.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, or government advisory.
- Strong understanding of customs, border management, and revenue assurance.
- Proven track record in business development and commercial strategy.
- Ability to engage with senior government stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in international, multicultural environments.
